Agree the Tally Ho is not one of our better places. The local station (which you can connect to directly from Lancaster) is less than 1/2 mile from the ground and on the same road (Holker Street). As you come out of the station there are a number of fairly decent pubs that do food opposite (Duke of Edinburgh, etc). The A590 is at junction 36 of the M6 not the M1 listed above.

i wouldnt suggest going to the tally ho pub, unless you enjoy being verbally abused by a bunch of mindless idiots. Theres a weatherspoons next dor wich is a lot nicer.
