Torquay 1 Altrincham 1
Altrincham hampered Torquay's promotion campaign and made them pay the penalty at Plainmoor.
The hosts went ahead just before the interval through Chris Zebroski.
But on the 72nd minute mark a foul on Joe O'Neill by Mark Ellis resulted in referee A Halliday pointing to the spot.
Warren Peyton converted the penalty and snatched a point for the visitors.
