Torquay 3-1 Ebbsfleet Utd

Torquay United maintained the pressure on league leaders Aldershot with a comfortable win over Ebbsfleet United at Plainmoor on Saturday.

The Gulls drew first blood in the 34th minute when Kaid Mohamed latched onto a Chris Zebroski pass and placed his effort in the back of the net.

Zebroski turned goalscorer in the 55th minute after converting a Tim Sills assist with a well-placed header from 12 yards out.

Ebbsfleet striker Raphael Nade reduced the deficit in the 72nd minute with a header of his own before Kaid Mohamed popped up again to complete an impressive brace.
