Moses Ashikodi
Blue Square Premier strugglers Ebbsfleet United brought play-off hopefuls York City's 10 game unbeaten run to an end thanks to a second half goal from Moses Ashikodi.
Fleet scored the only goal of the match when Ashikodi fired home from inside the penalty area just after the break.
York were soon reduced to ten men when Richard Brodie was shown red for a brutal challenge which left Dean Pooley needing treatment for a head injury.
Courtney Pitt came close to equalising but in the end Fleet saw out the ninety minutes with relative ease and secured a well-deserved three points.
Ebbsfleet United bookings: None
