Rodney Parade has two covered stands: the larger Hazell Stand (west) and the smaller Bisley Stand (east) which are along the touchlines of the pitch. The upper tier of the west stand is seated and the lower tier is a standing terrace. The east stand is all-seated with a 2,526 capacity including 144 seats in 13 hospitality boxes[2], food/drink outlets and a gantry for television cameras. The cameras are therefore pointing westward and often show the sun setting over Newport city centre.
The North Terrace is uncovered standing and adjoins some uncovered standing terrace on the west touchline alongside the west stand. The South Terrace houses players' changing rooms and a media centre but the south end is currently unavailable to spectators.
The ticket office, club shop and hospitality suite is located at the north-east corner of the rugby/football pitch and accessed via Gate 4 on Grafton Road.
There is no spectator car park at the ground but a number of multi-storey car parks are nearby.
Newport station is situated under a mile from the stadium. It is served by trains from London Paddington & Bristol Temple Meads.

"Please note, my previous comments about the ground, relate to the old stadium at Spytty Park. Rodney Parade is a million miles better for watching and playing football at. "

"That's a fair analysis of the ground. A couple of things , though. Admission for 2010/11 is £14/£13 (stand/terrace), Snr/student is £10/£9, U16 is £8/£5, U12 is £6/£3. You need to purchase a ticket for the stand, so allow time for that, you can pay at the turnstiles for the terrace. Apart from KFC, you can also eat at McDonalds, Pizza Hut and Frankie & Benny's. These are all located together, in the Retail Park behind Tesco. You can also get fine tucker within the ground itself at various points! You CAN now get entry into the Clubhouse from within the ground, although it does get very busy, and some matches will be members only. The award winning match programme will cost £2.80 this season. One last thing, it's a bit tricky getting back to the motorway junction. As you get back on the A48, dual carriageway, you are heading the wrong way. You therefore need to turn around at the next set of traffic lights. If you are not careful, you will end up going over a river bridge and head towards Cardiff. Theres nothing worth seeing in Cardiff! Hope to see lots of away fans this year. Creoso i Gasnewydd."
