Michael Ingham
York City have signed Northern Ireland international and former loan keeper Michael Ingham following his release from Hereford United.
Ingham (27) made seventeen appearances for the Minstermen during a previous loan spell from Sunderland five years ago.
He started his career at Cliftonville before moving on to Sunderland in a £30,000 deal in July 1999.
Ingham was subsequently sent out on loan to a number of clubs, including Carlisle United, Coleraine, Stoke City, Stockport County, Darlington and Doncaster Rovers.
The 6' 4" Preston-born stopper, who also has two full international caps to his credit, finally signed a permanent deal with Wrexham in July 2005.
He went on to make 80 senior appearances at the Racecourse Ground before joining Hereford two years later.
Ingham becomes the second new recruit at KitKat Crescent following the capture of experienced former Hull City defender or midfielder Mark Greaves.
