Jake Cole
Blue Square Premier side Oxford United have revealed that goalkeeper Jake Cole could be out for up to six weeks with a groin injury.
Cole suffered a groin strain in The U's Blue Square Premier game with Ebbsfleet on Saturday.
U's physio Neil Sullivan told the club's official website: "Jake will be out for up to six weeks after injuring his groin at Ebbsfleet.
"A scan on Tuesday showed two small tears in two small muscles in his groin, and he is getting treated at QPR rather than travel up everyday.
"The fact that they are in the small muscles is relatively promising because it's the bigger muscles that you rely on when kicking, but he is still in some discomfort and could be out for a while."
Meanwhile, United will welcome the news that keeper Billy Turley is making good progress in his recovery from a shoulder injury.
