League leaders Oxford United travel to Luton Town on Tuesday evening, while second-placed Stevenage Borough play host to play-off hopefuls Mansfield Town at Broadhall Way.
Ebbsfleet United boss Liam Daish will be targeting more of the same when Alan Lewer's Histon make the trip to Stonebridge Road.
The Fleet saw off the challenge of rock-bottom Chester City on Saturday to record a third straight victory and boost their chances of surviving the drop.
Histon boss Alan Lewer will be looking for a positive response from his players after a disappointing 3-3 draw with Hayes & Yeading.
Lewer told Cambridge News: "We looked lethargic, we looked poor and we've got out of jail.
"They've had a blasting in there, at half time and at the end of the game.
"Those standards aren't good enough for anyone. We've got to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves down and get something at Ebbsfleet, because that was poor."
David Hockaday's Forest Green Rovers will be looking to bounce back to winning ways when Chester City visit the New Lawn.
The Rovers suffered a 2-0 defeat to AFC Wimbledon at the weekend, much to the displeasure of Hockaday.
He told The Citizen: "Inexperience or youth can't keep being used as an excuse, as I'm not one for excuses.
"They are going to have to grow up very fast and learn from that, because for 75 minutes we more than matched Wimbledon when the pressure was off.
"It's no use playing like that when the damage has been done. For 15 minutes we were nowhere near good enough and got rightly punished."
Chester director of football Morell Maison revealed last week that the Blues only have nine senior players on their books at the moment.
He told BBC Radio Merseyside: "The team virtually picks itself. It's the nine players we have plus the best of the academy kids.
"It's not an ideal situation and we're not going to win many games with that set-up.
"So we need to solve our problems fairly rapidly if we're going to have a chance."
Hayes & Yeading will be hoping to bring a halt to their five match winless streak when relegation-threatened Grays Athletic visit Church Road.
United suffered four straight defeats before Saturday's 3-3 draw with Histon, while Grays have been without a win since their 1-0 victory over Tamworth at the end of November.
Luton Town will be looking to break into the play-off zone with a win against league leaders Oxford United at Kenilworth Road.
The encounter could be pivotal for both sides and Luton boss Richard Money admits that he will be targeting all three points from the crunch clash.
He told Luton Town's official website: "We're looking for three points.
"We won't get anything more for beating Oxford than we did for beating Barrow or we will if we beat Eastbourne.
"If anyone thinks tomorrow's game will be more difficult than Barrow away then they are sadly mistaken. That's the way we feel.
"It's a home game and we've been patchy on our own turf and we need to put it right.
"Whether it's Oxford at home or Forest Green at home - they are all big games."
Oxford reclaimed pole position in the Blue Square Premier standings despite a 0-0 draw with Kidderminster Harriers on Saturday, but have two games in hand on second-placed Stevenage.
However, Wilder has admitted that their recent home form has been a cause for concern.
He told Oxford Mail: "We've got to be better at home.
"We've got a great home record and we've taken a lot of plaudits here this season, and have to take the criticism when it comes our way.
"We're playing a little bit edgy at the moment. That's obviously off the back of losing the one game we have done.
"We've got to still keep believing in ourselves and in what got us into this position. It's all about the accumulation of points by the last game of the season at Eastbourne that puts you where you are."
Rushden & Diamonds will hope to make the most of their game in hand as they host Eastbourne at Nene Park.
Diamonds presently lie sixth but could go past fifth placed AFC Wimbledon who do not have a midweek league fixture due to FA Trophy commitments.
Rushden and Diamonds will have to cope without leading scorer Lee Tomlin who faces a two game ban after picking up a tenth yellow card against Grays Athletic.
Diamonds boss Edinburgh is remaining positive, however, and believes it will give other players a chance to come to the fore. "We're disappointed but it gives someone else an opportunity," he said.
Eastbourne will visit Nene Park in positive mood after their surprise 2-1 win against Wrexham at the weekend.
The win came despite Borough having ten men for much of the game and moved them further from the relegation places.
Neil Jenkins was sent off and therefore will miss the game on Tuesday night.
Second plays fourth as Stevenage welcome Mansfield Town to Broadhall Way. Both sides will be desperate to pick up a victory after stumbling to unexpected losses over the weekend.
Stags manager David Holdsworth will have a full squad to choose from with no new injury worries. Kyle Nix will also be in contention, having returned to training after ankle surgery. Andy Burgess however will miss the tie due to suspension.
The manager said that he was "furious" after the home defeat against Gateshead and may well ring the changes to his starting XI."If there need to be any changes to the line then they will be done in the correct manner," he told the club's website.
Holdsworth also recognised that his side will be underdogs for the clash.
"We are going to a team at the top of the table, no-one will give us a cat in hell's chance and we are expecting a tough encounter."
"We are expecting a battle but that's not a problem because I like games like that," he added.
Stevenage will find comfort in returning home after their loss to Tamworth, Boro are unbeaten at home since December 2008. Manager of the Month for January Graham Westley will be targeting an immediate return to winning ways after a run of nine games unbeaten before Tamworth.
Just a point separates Wrexham in 13th from Tamworth in 12th place on the league table ahead of their clash at the Racecourse Ground on Tuesday night.
The Lambs will be in confident mood after they cut down high flying Stevenage on the weekend. Gary Mills called his sides 1-0 winning performance against Stevenage Borough the best he has seen from a side in his 15 years of management.
In contrast Wrexham will want a boost after losing to Eastbourne in what Dragon's defender Silvio Spann described as a "bad day at the office".
We have to put aside the mistakes we made today (Saturday) and show up on Tuesday night, as we have done in our previous four matches.
"We can't cry over spilt milk, we just have to get up and go again. We know what we are capable of doing and that's what we believe at the moment," said the man from Trinidad.
