Grays Athletic will look to push for a top ten finish in the Blue Square Premier standings when Rushden & Diamonds make the trip to the Recreation Ground.
Both sides will be looking to advance their positions as the season draws to a close and both managers - Mike Woodward and Garry Hill - will use the clash to weigh up their options for next season.
The home side will be boosted by a full-strength squad with the only concern being Jon Ashton (knock), but he is expected to feature in the clash.
Diamonds, meanwhile - need four points to equal their total from last term and will need to do battle without Michael Rankine (head).
There is a stern competition erupting between Lee Tomlin and Sam Smith to earn a place alongside Conal Platt upfront in the visitors' last trip of the season.
