Confirmed play-off contenders Burton Albion and Exeter will face-off at the Pirelli Stadium hoping to pull one over their rivals.
The hosts will be missing the services of Andy Corbett (ankle) and Mark Greaves (jaw) while Marc Goodfellow is expected to continue in on the right.
Burton Albion will be without Mark Greaves, who is sidelined after suffering a broken jaw.
The visitors will need to do battle without hitman Steve Basham who has failed to shake off a calf knock.
Grecians boss Paul Tisdale told This Is Exeter: "This is the start of business now and we need to step up again.
"We are extremely pleased to be in the play-offs, of course we are.
"But we need to get our minds set on the next few weeks. We have got that opportunity now and we mean business.
"It is all about keeping our heads and attacking the next game, which is Burton.
"In some respects it doesn't matter what happens tomorrow, but you don't want to get drawn into a sense of relaxation because you can lose your rhythm and confidence.
"We are on a good run at the moment, the players are playing well and we want to continue that momentum by winning on Saturday."
