Kettering Town will be aiming to keep their play-off charge on track on Tuesday evening, while Mansfield town play host to York City at Field Mill.
Graham Heathcote's Altrincham can expect a stern test when high-flying Kettering Town visit Moss Lane.
The Robins played to a goalless draw against York City at the weekend, to stretch their run of draws to four straight games.
Meanwhile, Lee Harper's Poppies held Oxford United to a goalless draw on Saturday and will be keen to bounce back to winning ways on Tuesday evening.
Barrow AFC will be targeting all three points when Dean Saunders' Wrexham AFC make the trip to Holker Street.
The relegation-threatened Bluebirds will be in good spirits after their FA Trophy Semi-final first leg victory over Salisbury City on Saturday.
Barrow currently find themselves languishing in the relegation zone with 31 points from 31 matches, while the Dragons occupy 12th place with 43 points from 33 games.
Cambridge United will be targeting a fourth straight victory when Salisbury City visit the Abbey Stadium.
The U's saw off the challenge of Histon at the weekend and manager Martin Ling has called for more of the same from his charges.
Ling told Cambridge News: "I just feel we've got a bit of a head of steam now and we're going into games thinking that even if we go behind we can still go and win them.
"That's the difference between when we were losing week in, week out and now after being six unbeaten, it's just that bit of confidence which goes through the team.
"The job isn't done yet and we still haven't got enough points not to stop talking about relegation, but it gives us a way to look up.
"We've got a few games here now and if we can put a run together we could finish in the top half."
Salisbury City hold a five-point cushion on the relegation zone and trail Cambridge by two points.
Gateshead will be keen to bounce back to winning ways on Tuesday when they entertain fellow strugglers Forest Green Rovers at Gateshead International Stadium.
The Tynesiders will be smarting from a shock 8-0 defeat to Rushden at the weekend, while the Rovers will be feeling fresh after having a break from Blue Square Premier action.
Looking ahead to the clash, Gateshead boss Ian Bogie told Chronicle Live: "Saturday was one of my darkest days in football and an embarrassment for Gateshead Football Club - but we must bounce back tomorrow.
"We will be eight points above Forest Green if we beat them and will go ahead of Eastbourne and Ebbsfleet with games in hand on both if we get the win we need.
"It is a massive game and the players can either go into their shell and go under or show the determination and grit required after the disaster at Nene Park."
High-flying Luton Town prepare to take on Steve Burr's Kidderminster Harriers at Kenilworth Road as they look to consolidate their play-off position.
The Hatters edged past Wrexham at the weekend, while Kidderminster slumped to a 5-1 defeat to Stevenage Borough in their FA Trophy Semi-final first-leg tie.
Luton boss Richard Money will have to make do without the services of hamstring injury victims Liam Hatch and Adam Newton, while Kevin Nicholls, Lewis Emanuel and Ryan Charles are all still long-term absentees.
Harriers boss Burr will have to try and motivate his players for a tough clash in midweek after the heavy defeat to Stevenage.
Burr spoke to the Kidderminster Shuttle after Saturday's mauling by Stevenage, saying: "The thing in football nothing's impossible.
"It's going to be difficult, very difficult, I'm not going to stand here and say it's not.
"We've also got a big game on Tuesday and need to respond.
"The lads have been terrific since I've been here and it was very uncharacteristic from what I've seen of the players since joining.
"If Stevenage had played us off the park and opened us up I would have held my hands up, but I'm more disappointed with how we haven't dealt with things.
"You've got to put it behind because there's no point dwelling on what's happened, that's in the past.
"What's gone is gone and we have to build again and pick them up on Monday because it's a very quiet dressing room."
Play-off chasing Mansfield Town will take on fellow hopefuls York City at Field Mill in what could prove to be a defining encounter for both sides.
Ahead of the clash David Holdsworth told the Mansfield Chad: "York had a wonderful cup run last season which enabled them to invest heavily on some very good players.
"They had a tremendous run prior to Christmas, though have struggled of late. But they are a good side with some very capable players."
York boss Martin Foyle will be keen to see his side return to winning ways after a goalless draw at Altrincham on Saturday.
Foyle spoke to the York Press after the Altrincham match, saying: "We didn't get the three points we thoroughly deserved after playing some excellent football in the second half having defended well against a strong wind in the first.
"We created enough chances to win a game, as we did against Salisbury and Forest Green, but couldn't get the ball in the net although their 'keeper made a fantastic save from Richard Brodie.
"Michael Ingham didn't even get his gloves dirty and there were a lot of good things to take from the performance, but we are under pressure now to get something from the Mansfield and Wimbledon matches."
Graham Westley's Stevenage Borough will be in a confident mood for the visit of Histon FC to Broadhall Way.
Boro chairman Phil Wallace has issued a rallying cry ahead of Tuesday's clash urging all residents of Stevenage to come out in their droves and cheer Stevenage on.
He told the club's official website: "We have 11 league games to win and we need Stevenage and all the surrounding areas to get behind us for the next 6 weeks.
"This is when we need every person that's ever watched Boro, every person that has a soft spot for the club, to be INSIDE The Lamex Stadium cheering us on for our remaining home games.
"We need every local paper, every local radio station, every local school and every local employer to spread the word. We want everyone that comes to also enjoy it and be loud in their support."
Stevenage are currently sitting at the top of the pile with 69 points from 33 matches, while Histon find themselves in 13th place with 43 points from 34 games.
