Northwich 1-0 Grays

Northwich Victoria enhanced their chances of survival with a hard-fought win against Grays Athletic at Victoria Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The home side dominated ball possession throughout but the winning goal only arrived in second-half injury time.

Dino Maamria's men now hold a two-goal cushion on the dreaded drop zone while Grays slip down to 13th with 63 points from 41 fixtures.

Northwich bookings: Kerr 86.

Grays bookings: Thurgood 80.
