Seagulls transfer list winger Grubb

Blue Square South side Weston-super-Mare have decided to place winger Dean Grubb on the transfer list following was has been described as a breach of discipline.

Weston-born Grubb signed for the Seagulls in the summer of 2007 following seven years at Bristol City.

During his time at Memorial Stadium, Grubb earned five caps for the Welsh under-19 side and went on to make one appearance for the under-21s.

Club secretary Keith Refault told the club's website: "The decision was regrettable but Dean failed to make the coach to Braintree last Saturday and didn't inform anybody that he wouldn't be attending."

21-year-old Grubb has since jetted off to Seville, Spain to meet up with his parents for a break from football.
