Blue Square South outfit Weston-super-Mare have revealed that manager Tony Ricketts has been relieved of his first-team duties.
Ricketts took over the managerial reins from Frank Gregan in the summer of 2007 after steering Bristol Rovers women's team to the FA Women's Premier League Southern Division title.
He started his career with Bath City, where he was handed a coaching role before being handed the manager's post.
The former semi-professional football player then linked up with Bristol, where he enjoyed much success with the women's team.
Former Assistant Manager Andrew Gurney has been named as caretaker manager in the interim, but the club say he is welcome to apply for vacant position.
