Webb: Linnets will bounce back

King's Lynn manager Keith Webb feels that it is only a matter of time before his side bounce back from the poor run of form that they have been experiencing recently.

The Linnets enjoyed a promising start to the season before suffering three home defeats in a week, including a 5-1 thrashing by Kidderminster at The Walks on Saturday.

Webb has now targeted the next fortnight as crucial in laying the foundations for the rest of their season as they come up against strugglers Solihull Moors and Hucknall Town.

Webb told Lynn News: "Up until the last week it has been a positive experience in the job, so I'm not going to start pressing the panic button just yet.

"Out of those three defeats there was one diabolical performance and I'm hoping the players will take on board the lessons from Saturday.

"We haven't got bad players here. It's a matter of them going back to basics and getting their confidence back up.

"A win would certainly help that.

"We haven't been helped by injuries, but I'm not using that as an excuse.

"We've now got two training sessions to put things right for Saturday."

The Linnets boss has played down the recent criticism he has received and despite his side conceding 11 goals in their last three games he is confident they can turn things around.

He added: "I'm not worried about the criticism.

"I have my opinions and I am in a position to work on them, and the players are in a position to work on them."
