Keith Webb: At the end of his tether
Linnets boss Keith Webb has issued an ultimatum to his players: shape up or ship out.
It seems the manager has reached the end of his tether after three losses and eleven conceded goals at home in the space of one week.
Speaking to the Lynn News ahead of Saturdays clash against Solihull Moors in the Blue Square North, the manager said: "The players need to perform to the standards I expect and if they don't, I will bring in players who will.
"We've got a bit of a soft underbelly at present and I'm not just talking about our defence.
"We need to toughen up and I want us to aspire to reach the standards that Kidderminster set here last week.
"If certain players don't improve and perform how I expect them to, then they will see how ruthless I can be."
He added: "None of the squad I've got can say that they haven't had a fair chance out on the pitch.
"I just want us to win football matches and I don't care if we do it playing ugly or like Arsenal."
The manager has taken steps this week to plug a few holes in the defence, signing Bradley Thomas from Crawley Town..
Webb said of the central defender: "He's a big lad, has good pace and is an out-and-out stopper.
"His signing gives me one or two options at the back, and I thank the board for supporting me."
