Tamworth v Luton

Luton Town head to the Lamb Ground looking to bounce back from a disappointing draw to Newport County in midweek.

Having begun the season with three wins on the trot, Luton stumbled against the newly promoted Welsh outfit, and Richard Money's men will be weary of underestimating their opposition once more.

Town follow up Saturday' clash with a game on Monday's Bank Holiday at home to Hayes & Yeading, and Money is under no illusions that his team are in for a testing time.

"Tamworth is a tough place to go," Money told Luton Today.

"We have a tough weekend ahead with two games in three days and the squad will be tested."

The Hatters will be without the services of midfielder Keith Keane who was sent off against Newport, with the fit-again Adam Murray likely to take his place in the centre of the midfield.

Tamworth welcome Luton to the Lamb Ground having claimed a creditable one-all draw with Cambridge United earlier in the week, and Gary Mills' men should welcome back Scott Barrow, with the left-back having recovered from a nasty blow to the face against Newport a week ago.

New signing Ben Wilkinson will immediately be in contention for a spot in the staring XI, having trained with the team since Thursday.

Despite the quality of their opposition, assistant manager Darren Gee is confident his charges can take points from the fixture.

"We proved we could match them last year - running them close at their place and drawing at home," he explained.

"If we play with a good level of intensity, show passion and have a quality to our game, there's absolutely no reason why we can't get a result from the game."
