Wrexham v Kidderminster

After successive defeats in the Blue Square Bet Premier, Wrexham are eager to return to winning ways at the Racecourse Ground on Tuesday.

Dean Saunders' men started the new campaign with a victory but have since lost to Forest Green Rovers and Eastbourne Borough and conceded seven times in those matches, which leaves them languishing in 18th place in the table.

This statistic is obviously a concern for the Dragons boss, who is hoping to see an improvement in the way his team defends dead-ball situations.

"We haven't let a goal in from open play, but conceded seven from set pieces. It's really disappointing, especially as we go over and over this in training," Saunders told the club's official website.

Saunders might tinker with his defence as Marvin Andrews made his debut on the weekend even though he wasn't fully fit, while Frank Sinclair is expected to sit out with a groin injury.

Kidderminster have a similar record with two defeats and one win in their three league fixtures this season.

Steve Burr's outfit, who lie 16th in the league, lost 3-1 to Mansfield last time out and captain Keith Briggs wants to see a reaction from the side.

"It might not be league football but we went five games unbeaten in pre-season and didn't concede a goal so you can't use it as an excuse; the gaffer is putting his faith in us to do a job and if we aren't doing it he'll look to make changes," he told the Harriers' website.

"We have to go to Tuesday with a fresh mentality and try and get three points".

John Finnigan (knee) and Lee Morris (hamstring) missed the defeat to the Stags but the duo could return to contention on Tuesday, while Lee Vaughan is suspended.
