Wrexham confirm Barry capture
Blue Square Premier outfit Wrexham AFC have announced the signing of midfielder Anthony Barry following his recent release by strugglers Chester City.
The Liverpool-born player was released by Chester on Monday after agreeing a mutual termination of his contract.
League One side Yeovil Town and Blue Square North promotion hopefuls Fleetwood Town were both linked with move for the 23-year-old but he has opted to join the Dragons on an 18-month deal.
Barry started his career as a trainee at Everton and has since gone on to play for the likes of Coventry City, Accrington Stanley and Yeovil Town.
