Stags secure Hotchkiss signature
Blue Square Premier outfit Mansfield Town have made midfielder Ollie Hotchkiss' stay at Field Mill permanent following his release by League One side Leeds United.
The 20-year-old returned to Leeds recently after a second loan spell with the Stags but was not offered a new contract by manager Simon Grayson.
Stags boss David Holdsworth told the club's official website: "I am absolutely delighted to have Ollie with us on a permanent basis and I am very pleased he has decided to join us now at this stage in his career.
"It is never easy to leave a club for which you have been playing for so long, but it is testament to our football club that he has chosen to sign for us.
"I have a great relationship with Ollie and am delighted to keep him."
Hotchkiss added: "I'm absolutely delighted. It's what I wanted to do from the very start.
"Everything has gone smoothly and the Manager has been fantastic throughout this situation.
"There were afew other clubs interested in me but the Gaffer has shown faith in me so I was only ever going to go to Mansfield Town FC.
"This is an incredible place to be playing football right now."
