York v Boro tickets selling fast

Tickets for York City's Friday night pre-season friendly with Premier League outfit Middlesbrough is selling well at Kit Kat Crescent.

The tickets for the Main Stand, Family Stand and Enclosure are priced at £10 for Adults and £5 for Concessions and are available form the ticket office from 9am - 5pm on 01904 624447.

Supporters using the David Longhurst Stand and Popular Stand should pay at the turnstiles as usual.

Middlesbrough are expected to bring a strong squad and the match will provide supporters with an opportunity to see top flight opposition at Kit Kat Crescent.

Anticipating their first pre-season friendly, Boro' supporters have snapped up all 500 tickets that they received and supporters without tickets will be able to pay on the turnstiles. Around 750-1000 Boro' fans are expected in total.

Boro' will be managed by former City stalwart Malcolm Crosby, but manager Gareth Southgate is expected to attend the fixture.
