Lee Elam
York City manager Colin Walker is considering offering trialist Lee Elam a contract at the Blue Square Premier club.
The 31-year-old, who was released by Exeter last season, has spent two weeks training with the Minstermen and could become their seventh summer signing.
But Walker has revealed he may not be able to offer the right-winger a deal immediately.
The mentor told This Is York: "We can't offer him anything this early but he knows the situation and I've been very honest with him.
"He's been training with us and likes what we do and the way we try to play. His preferred club would be York City and hopefully we can get together and make that happen."
