York City v Salisbury City

York City have the chance to climb into the play-off places when they entertain Salisbury City on Tuesday night.

The Minstermen currently lie a point and a place below the coveted play-off places and Martin Foyle will want his side to show their credentials against their relegation-threatened opponents.

The Whites are sitting just above the dreaded drop zone and will know that points are needed if they are to start climbing the table.

Richard Brodie has been in fantastic form this season for The Minstermen but he may miss the clash as he is still having some trouble with a problem calf, despite coming through 90 minutes of football over the weekend against Forest Green Rovers.

Alex Lawless is also rated as a doubt with a hamstring injury. However, the good news for Foyle is that Luke Graham looks to have overcome an illness he was recently suffering from.

The Whites have a double issue going into the game with both Ronnie Bull and Darrell Clarke struggling. The duo will require fitness tests ahead of the match but the early signs do not look good.

The visitor's problems do not stop there, however, with Chris Giles, Danny Webb and Rob Sinclair still recovering from respective problems and will miss the fixture as a result.

Both sides go into the meeting at Bootham Crescent on the back of defeats and will want to return to winning ways as quickly as possible.
