Knights: Bagged the winner
Kidderminster Harriers moved into the top half of the table with a narrow victory over Grays Athletic at Aggborough stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Harriers romped to a massive victory against Stafford Rangers in midweek and have followed up on that morale-boosting win with another good result.
The home side looked stronger in the opening exchanges and got the breakthrough they were looking for after 23 minutes when Darryl Knights blasted a right-footed shot into the bottom-left corner from 25 yards out.
Grays goalkeeper Ross Flitney was kept busy all afternoon and did well to stop a number of shots from Iyseden Christie and Matthew Barnes-Homer.
The visitors also had their fair share of chances but could not produce an incisive finish in the final third of the pitch.
Kidderminster bookings: None.
Grays bookings: Kedwell 59, Day 60.
