Kidderminster 2-0 Grays

Kidderminster moved into sixth place in the Blue Square Premier table after cruising to victory over Grays at Aggborough on Saturday.

The Gravelmen did well in the opening exchanges but fell behind just before the break when Justin Richards scored from a header.

The Harriers' forward got on the end of an excellent cross from midfielder Martin Brittain.

Wayne Burnett's men carved out a good chance when Ishmael Welsh curled a cross into a dangerous area. Scott Forrester, however, failed to find the back of the net.

The visitors conceded a second goal on the hour mark when Andy Ferrell's cross was turned in by Matthew Barnes-Homer.

The defeat to Mark Yates' men leaves Grays in 23rd position just a single point clear of rock-bottom Lewes.
