Saturday's Blue Square Premier league clash featuring Ebbsfleet United and Grays Athletic is a must win for both sides.
The Fleet are currently in 23rd place with 15 points from their 24 games while Grays are just two points and two places better off in 21st place with 17 points from their 24 matches.
Grays boss Julian Dicks is demanding a better showing after the club's 3-1 FA Trophy defeat to Worcester, after which he put the entire squad on the transfer list.
Dicks told the Thurrock Gazette: "It was the straw that broke the camel's back. Our first-half performance was a disgrace - a total joke.
"If clubs want any of my players they can take them. They are all officially available for transfer, but don't be fooled they will get Blues Square Premier clubs - none of them are good enough for this level. I need a minimum of six or seven positions filled."
Dicks has no injuries or suspensions to worry about heading into the game while his counterpart Liam Daish has a full squad to chose from apart from Jordan Collins, who is still out with an injured leg.
Summer signing Charlie Read is also unavailable after he moved to Ryman Premier side Margate on loan.
