Kirk Hudson
Aldershot maintained there lead at the top of the Blue Square Premier with a hard fought victory over Woking on Boxing Day.
The first-half was an even affair with both side's seemingly waiting for the opposition to make the first move.
Guiseppe Sole should have put the home side ahead on 36 minutes, but he hit his shot over the bar from close range
The first, and only, goal of the game came with 13 minutes left on the clock.
Daniel Hylton found some space on the edge of the penalty area and managed to find Kirk Hudson, who finished with aplomb.
Jay Gasson nearly equalised in stoppage time, but his header was easily saved by Nikki Bull in the Shots goal.
