Lee Boylan
Stevenage continued their push for a play-off place when they narrowly beat Woking courtesy of a second-half goal by Lee Boylan on Tuesday evening.
The Cards produced an inspired display, but the Boro proved just too strong for them on the night as they controlled much of the game.
Graham Westley's men were unlucky not to have come away with three or four goals after they created a number of good goal scoring opportunities, which they were unable to capitalise on in the first-half.
However, Boylan finally got the breakthrough he was looking for in the second-half when he got onto the end of a Lawrie Wilson cross to give his side the advantage on the hour-mark.
Stevenage then held onto their lead to come away with the three points and they remain fourth in the table on 56 points, while Woking are now just one place above the relegation zone on 32 points.
