Kidderminster Harriers

Kidderminster v Southport

Kidderminster Harriers prepare for the visit of new boys Southport to Aggborough on Tuesday after recording an opening day victory over York City.

Harriers boss Steve Burr will have to make do without midfielder John Finnigan, who is struggling to recover from a knee injury.

Defender Lee Vaughan misses out as he serves the second game of a four-match suspension.

Southport are eager to pick up their first points of the campaign when they make the trip to Kidderminster.

The Sandgrounders lost 1-0 to AFC Wimbledon on the opening day following a mistake by goalkeeper Tony McMillan but midfielder Matty McGinn says the loss has only increased his side's determination to succeed.

He told BBC Radio Merseyside: "It was just a lack of communication between Robbie Williams and Tony.

"The lads have all got their heads up and they're buzzing and can't wait to play [at Kidderminster on Tuesday).

"We created a lot of chances and if we keep doing that every game we are going to score goals."

Manager Liam Watson welcomes Tony Gray back into the side after he recovered from a broken nose.

However, Southport will have to make do without captain Adam Flynn, who misses out due to work commitments.

Steve Daly returns after completing a three-match suspension.
