Daryl Clare
High flying Burton Albion displayed their play-off credentials in a 3-0 rout of rock bottom Droylsden.
Inspired by a Daryl Clare double, the hosts comfortably dismantled a struggling Bloods side.
Clare opened the scoring with a superb 20-yard free-kick following it up with a close-range tap in of Dave Farrell's low cross.
And after the break matters deteriorated for the visitors who saw Lee Roche depart the field after a second bookable offence.
Daniel Holmes knocked in Marc Goodfellow's cross to add to the Bloods' woes and ensure a certain three-points for the play-off hopeful's.
