Northwich Victoria and Forest Green Rovers played to an entertaining draw at Victoria Stadium on Tuesday with both sides being reduced to ten men late in the game.
The hosts broke the deadlock after 37 minutes when David Brown latched onto a Lee Steele assist pass and placed his 12-yard effort in the bottom-left corner.
Daniel Carey-Bertram's 53rd minute finish levelled the scores and the match looked to be heading for an exciting finish.
However, the match was soured later on as Forest Green's Michael Brought picked up a red card for a second bookable offence.
The visitors tried to make their numerical advantage count but were foiled as Anthony Tonkin also received his marching orders for a second bookable offence.
