Yemi Odubade
Oxford United struck twice in the space of three second-half minutes to beat Forest Green at the Kassam Stadium.
The visitors dominated large periods of the opening half and Les Atful came close to grabbing an opener, only to be denied by the woodwork.
But Rovers' hard work was undone in the 70th minute when Yemi Odubade headed home from Craig Nelthorpe's cross.
James Constable hammered home the advantage with a powerful drive three minutes later to put an end to the visitors chances of getting anything from the game.
As Oxford relaxed towards the end a slip in defensive concentration allowed David Brown to score a late consolation goal for Forest Green.
Oxford Utd bookings: Killock.
Forest Green bookings: Stonehouse, Lawless, Gill, Smith.
