Andrew Mangan
Weymouth failed to climb out of the relegation zone after being held to a 1-1 draw by Forest Green Rovers on Monday afternoon.
After a cagey start to the match, with both sides not wanting to give an inch, the Terras managed to take the lead on 33 minutes.
Cliff Akurang rose highest to meet a cross from Folawiyo Onibuje, who had hit the frame of the goal twice already, with a powerful header to break the deadlock.
The goal settled the nerves of both teams and opened up the game in the process.
Rovers levelled matters shortly into the second half when Andrew Mangan capitilised on some poor defending to find the back of the net.
Both sides pressed for what would have been a winning goal towards the end of the match, but neither defence was in a charitable mood as the match ended in a stalemate.
Weymouth bookings: Akurang.
Forest Green bookings: None.
Attendance: 1,183
