Forest Green v Cambridge United

Cambridge United boss Martin Ling has described the U's visit to New Lawn on Saturday as their "biggest game of the season".

Ling's team face fellow strugglers Forest Green and the Cambridge boss knows how important this particular clash is.

"It's our biggest game of the season so far," he told Cambridge News.

"There was a glimmer of light from the back of the Wimbledon game, but there's no hiding away from the fact this is a massive game," admitted Ling.

"We'll approach the game as if it's going to be a dogfight and we'll have to roll our sleeves up and show fight, determination and character.

"When you're down the bottom, ability alone won't win you games."

Antonio Murray is suspended after seeing red last weekend while Paul Carden is still suffering from a viral infection.

Brian Saah is unlikely to play despite a return to full training on Thursday.

Kevin Roberts could pick up a debut while Ling is expected to keep faith with Lee Phillips up front.

Meanwhile, Forest Green Rovers will want to halt a slide of three consecutive losses.

David Hockaday will be boosted by the return of Danny Powell and Craig Rocastle.

New signing Danny Ireland is likely to start in goal for the second time since signing with Rovers while Paul Stonehouse is still a doubt in defence.
