Stevenage v Crawley

Stevenage will be aiming to maintain the pressure on league leaders Oxford in their home clash against Crawley Town on Saturday.

The Boro are just a point adrift of the U's and are brimming with confidence following a 1-0 win over Wrexham and a 6-0 thrashing of Eastbourne Borough in their last two fixtures.

Mitchell Cole bagged a hat-trick in his 20-minute cameo last time out which has given manager Graham Westley something of a selection headache.

"It's great to see him (Cole) working that hard; it's great to see his ability getting a chance to really perform because of that work ethic and he was part of an excellent team performance," Westley told The Comet.

Westley will be tempted to include Cole in his starting XI but beyond this, he has no other selection problems as he has no new injury concerns ahead of Crawley's visit to Broadhall Way.

Crawley boss Steve Evans will hand late fitness tests to his captain Adam Quinn along with Ben Smith, Lewis Killeen and Simon Rusk with the likes of Nick Carter and Byron Napper ready to step in if needed.

The Red Devils are tenth in the Blue Square Premier standings, some eight points off a play-off berth.

Evans told the club's official website that he is wary of the threat posed by Westley's charges.

"Stevenage are a team full of quality players. You only have to look at the depth in their squad," he said.

Certainly one of the better grounds in the League. On one side is the all seated covered Main Stand, which looks quite impressive.
