Steele: Bagged a brace
Ebbsfleet United managed to hold Northwich Victoria to a draw on Saturday afternoon despite being reduced to ten men just after the break.
The Vics broke the deadlock after 39 minutes when Lee Steele pounced on his own parried shot and tapped in at the left-hand side of the six-yard box.
Ebbsfleet's Gary MacDonald saw red just after the break for a professional foul on Northwich's Aaron Burns.
Danny Williams coolly slotted home the resulting spot kick to double his side's advantage and the home side looked to be cruising to victory.
However, 10-man Ebbsfleet rallied and pulled one back through James Smith in the 62nd minute.
Steele popped up again seven minutes later to restore his side's two-goal lead but Stacy Long pulled one back for Ebbsfleet just one minute later to give his side a glimmer of hope.
The visitors completed an amazing comeback just minutes before the final whistle when Chukki Eribenne met a Luke Moore cross at the centre of the penalty area and placed his header in the top-left corner.
