Relegated Northwich Victoria made it five successive victories after defeating Ebbsfleet United 2-0 at Victoria Stadium on Thursday evening.
Andy Preece's men scored twice after the break to continue their excellent winning run which is co-incidentally, their best run of form for three years.
The hosts looked comfortable in the first period and should have been in the lead heading into the break.
However, an unmarked Mat Bailey somehow managed to miss the target midway through the second half with a header from Joel Byrom's corner.
Ebbsfleet goalkeeper Lance Cronin did well to deny substitute Wayne Riley with a fingertip save later on but he was unable to stop Aaron Burns from firing a shot home from the edge of the area on 61 minutes.
Cronin denied Burns a second goal before Jonny Allan headed in Lee Elam's cross with seven minutes remaining.
