Stafford Rangers left it late to make their dominance count against a hard-working Weymouth side at Marston Road on Saturday afternoon.
The home side took advantage of their early dominance when Neil Grayson was on hand to put them ahead in the 29th minute.
The game lost some of its tempo after the goal and Rangers were made to pay for their loss in concentration when Gavin McCallum equalised in the 73rd minute.
However, the home side regained their early confidence and thoroughly deserved to score the winning goal in the 86th minute.
Courtney Shaw was the hero of the day when he stole in to score a wonderful solo effort, sending the home fans into raptures.
