Farsley Celtic boosted their chances of survival with a morale-boosting win over fellow strugglers Stafford Rangers on Saturday afternoon.
Celtic claimed the lead after 25 minutes when Steve Torpey met a Andy Watson cross at the left-hand side of six-yard box and placed his header in at the near post.
The visitors were awarded a penalty kick on the hour mark when Stafford's Wayne Daniel was adjudged to have fouled Amjad Iqbal in the area.
Dominic Krief powered the resulting spot kick into the bottom-left corner to double his side's advantage.
Despite having their fair share of ball possession, Steve Bull will certainly disappointed that his side never really threatened to find the back of the net.

Farsley bookings: Bentham 42,Iqbal 79.
