Stafford Rangers 0-4 York

Stafford Rangers' relegation was sealed after suffering a heavy defeat at the hands of York City at Marston Road on Tuesday night.

The first half ended goalless with neither of the two sides able to fashion an opening goal.

However, the match came to life when York's Martyn Woolford found the back of the net with a 20-yard effort in the 52nd minute.

The floodgates seemed to open as Richard Brodie netted York's second just three minute later with a left-footed effort from 12 yards out.

Stuart Elliott further extended their lead in the 77th minute with an amazing strike from 30yards out and Mark Robinson put the finishing touches on a solid York display with a 90th minute goal.

Stafford bookings: None.
