Salisbury City kept their hopes of reaching the play-off positions alive with a 3-1 victory over Droylsden on Saturday afternoon.
The home side opened the scoring on 19 minutes when Liam Feeney capitilised on some poor defending before tapping the ball home from close range.
It was 2-0 to the hosts on the stroke of half-time when Feeney fed Wayne Turk, who turned and hit a fierce drive into the back of the net.
The visitors did not give up, however, and were rewarded for their continual pressure when Ashley Burberry halved the deficit with ten minutes left on the clock.
But the home side proved too strong in the end as Darrell Clarke stole in ahead of the visiting defence to safely secure another three-points.
