Burton Albion's play-off credentials took a knock on Saturday after they slumped to a defeat at the hands of league newcomers Histon.
The Stutes got off to a flying start as Daniel Wright converted an inswinging corner with a well-placed header after just three minutes of play.
Wright was on target with another header in the 26th minute after some great build-up play from Jack Midson on the right-hand side of the penalty area.
The Brewers rallied in the second half and fought their way back into the match when Jake Edwards found the bottom-right corner with 12-yard effort.
However, Histon restored their two-goal advantage in the 87th minute when Midson turned goalscorer, with John Kennedy supplying the cross from the left channel.
