Peter Taylor's Stevenage Borough strengthened their play-off credentials with a comfortable win over Histon at Glassworld Stadium on Tuesday night.
The hosts broke the deadlock in the 41st minute when Mat Mitchell-King headed in from six yards out but Stevenage had an instant reply.
Mitchell-King went from hero to villain barely a minute later when he was adjudged to have fouled Stevenage's Sammy Moore in the area.
Steve Morison stepped up to take the resulting spot kick and calmly slotted it in the bottom-left of goal.
The second-half belonged to Stevenage though, as goals from Morison, Gavin Grant and then finally Scott Laird in the 90th minute saw the visitors cruise to victory.
Histon bookings: Mitchell-King 45.
Stevenage bookings: None.
