Matt Langston
Histon manager Steve Fallon was impressed with his side's first dig at pre-season training as they prepare to get their new Blue Square Premier campaign off to a good start.
Skipper Neil Andrews returned to the fold after two injury-riddled seasons and looked fully-fit while defensive duo Mitchel-King and Matt Langston who had both undergone groin surgery were present at the first session at Clare College.
The only missing faces were new signing Damian Reeves, Antonio Murray and Erkan Okay who are all still on holiday.
Fallon was pleased with the training and told Cambridge Evening News: "There were some moans and groans, which means we're doing our job right.
"We worked hard and used the session to get the lads used to some of the equipment we'll be using this season.
"It comes around quickly, although we've had a bit longer off this summer because we finished early, but everyone's glad to be back.
"We did well last season but that has gone now, and like every other club we've got our new objectives and are looking forward to the new campaign."
