Rushden 3-2 Weymouth

Canadian striker Simeon Jackson scored a brace to help Rushden & Diamonds to a come-from-behind victory over Weymouth in their Blue Square Premier match at Nene Park.

Tom Shaw scored in the second minute to give the hosts an early lead.

However, the Terras hit back in the 25th minute when defender Scott Doe headed home Paolo Vernazza's free kick.

Weymouth took the lead just three minutes after half-time when striker Michael Malcolm was on end of a cross from Anton Robinson.

Jackson had the final say though. He drew the teams level in the 62nd minute and then scored his 16th league goal of the campaign in the 75th minute to give his team all three points.
