Eastbourne v Altrincham

Eastbourne Borough host Altrincham on Saturday and will be eager to put things right after losing 3-0 to the Robins in the reverse fixture on Tuesday.

Both teams were reduced to ten men in the first half of what was a fiery contest. Speaking to BBC Sussex, Borough manager Garry Wilson called on his players to put in all their effort in what is a busy period for the Blue Square Premier League.

"These guys have just got to give everything in every game. Nothing less than 100% will do," said Wilson.

"When the games come thick and fast sometimes you've not got a lot of time for a rest in between to prepare properly. I've asked them and I'm sure they will give their all," he added.

Loan signing Sacha Opinel will miss out for Borough after a red card in the reverse fixture on Tuesday. Neil Jenkins is also suspended while keeper Danny Knowles (groin), Danny Brown (knee) and striker Andy Atkin (groin) are all injured.

Altrincham will be confident of getting another three points off Eastbourne given the relative ease of their previous victory. Manager Graham Heathcote was sent to the stands Tuesday night after a late outburst at the referee. Heathcote will want to avoid further injuries to his squad.

Altrincham will be without Peter Doran after his red card on Tuesday. Striker Dale Johnson has a knee injury ruling him out for the rest of the season while Robbie Lawton (foot) and Stuart Coburn (shoulder) are doubtful. New Signing Ryan Brown is likely to start.
