Salisbury City continued their push towards the play-off places with a well-earned victory over struggling Northwich Victoria on Saturday afternoon.
The first-half was an even affair, with both side's seemingly content with sitting back and waiting for the opposition to attack.
The only goal of the game finally came in the 83rd minute, somewhat against the run of play.
Wayne Turk was the hero for the visiting side when he slotted home from 12 yards out after some impressive team-play in midfield.
The result pushes the visitors closer to the coveted play-off spots, while Northwich remain in the relegation zone.
Northwich bookings: Crowell 33, Hanley 88
