Danny Clay
Blue Square South side Dorchester Town have clinched the signing of midfielder Danny Clay on a free transfer from Blue Square Premier side Salisbury City.
Clay joined the Magpies on a three-month loan deal towards the end of last season and he impressed manager Shaun Brooks with some combative displays in the centre of midfield.
"I am delighted to have secured Danny on a contract," Brooks told the club's official website.
"He came in towards the end of last season on loan and had a really positive effect on the team.
"He is a very determined midfielder who breaks up the opposition play well and uses the ball intelligently."
The 22-year-old made 50 first-team appearances for Salisbury, scoring two goals in the process.
