I think Wrexham will win the league, Torquay United, Burton Albion, Histon and maybe Oxford United to reach the play-offs, if not, Cambridge United. To get relegated: Lewes, Northwich Victoria, Grays Athletic and Eastbourne Borough. AFC Telford and Southport to come up from the BSN and from the BSS, Chelmsford City and Worcester City

my prediction for the play offs are Cambridge, Wrexham, Crawley and York. I think Torquay will win the league but it will be a close race with Cambridge united. This season is turning out to be the closest i have witnessed in york citys 5th season here.

The editor says.... I agree, Cityfan. It is very close this season. I believe it will stay this way right until the end of the season. Too close to call! What does everyone else think? Who are the title contenders?

I hope York have at long last found the final piece of the jigsaw puzzle. Bruce Dyers signing could signal a return to regular additions to the goals for column in the blue square prem league table.this will all been well propell york city up into the play offs at the very least. Along awaited striker to join the minstermens young strike force, experience is so important in this league.

The editor says.... I agree with you Cityfan. It is vital to mix youth with experience. Who else do you think will make the play-offs?

Look at my Torquay boys sitting in second! Woohoo. We have been brilliant lately. We are going to go all the way this year. Football League here we come! Come on you Gulls!!!

The editor says.... Confidence is a good thing to have, Andrew! Anybody agree/disagree with him? Who are you backing to go all the way?

5 home wins in a row, lets make it 6 by walking over dorchester town on saturday, 3 games unbeaten lets make it 4 by gettin to the next round of the setanta shield 2morro night against forest green. I reckon the yellows will win 3-0 with ease and get a nice home tie in the next round.....

Best Start in a league campaign for Wrexham fc since 1968!!! Dean Saunders has been great so far and the team's spirits must be high coz he makes them feel like great players and has a joke and a bet every now and again with some of the players... Lets really try to win all our games now (and we have got a game in hand sometime against Histon) and we r sure to b champs of this division come nxt year :D Of course there is a long way to go yet so i mite b askin a bit to much lol but lets try keep it up Wrexham!

What a shame that my last comment has not been posted. Could it be that it's because it was slightly critical of a match report? I guess this comment won't get aired either. So much for freedom of speech. It's not even as though I was in any way abusive, I just tried to put the record straight that's all. How sad.

The editor says.... Apologies for that. I can assure you that, apart from obvious slander and foul language we never censor readers' comments and welcome criticism, provided it is constructive.

Another solid performance from the boys. In spite of all the injury woes, Paul Buckle is still getting his team to turn in the performances. That's 11 games unbeaten now, 9 of which are wins, and we are up to 2nd. What a transformation!!
